Payment should be made 7 days prior to the start of the event or instantly using a debit/credit card.
*Encouraging farmer attendance at TotalDairy Conference is vital for the success of the event, therefore farmer ticket prices are heavily subsidised. Farmer tickets must only booked for those whose primary income is directly from a dairy farm business.
Refunds
Cancellations made more than 10 weeks prior to the event will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made between 6 and 10 weeks prior to the event will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 6 weeks prior to the event cannot be refunded.
Bookings which have not been paid for in full before conference registration will be subject to a 10% surcharge. We reserve the right to refuse admission to delegates for whom payment has not been received at the time of registration, until the invoice has been settled.
