Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
- Promoter: The prize draw is promoted by TotalDairy Conference, part of the Map of Ag Group, with its registered office (Map of Agriculture) Suite 1a, Cumbria House, Gilwilly Road, Penrith, Cumbria, CA11 9FF.
- Eligibility: The prize draw is open to all individuals aged 18 years or above, excluding employees of TotalDairy Conference.
- Entry: To enter, participants must purchase a ticket for TotalDairy Conference 2023, via the specific link used in promotional material.
- Entry Period: The prize draw deadline closes on 31st October, as stated on TotalDairy Conference promotional material. Entries received outside the specified entry period will not be eligible for the prize draw.
- Prize: The prize consists of a single-day Farmers Pass, granting free admission to TotalDairy Conference 2023. The prize does not include any additional expenses, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, or meals.
- Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The draw will take place within five business days after the entry period ends. The decision of the promoter is final and binding on all matters related to the prize draw.
If the winner has purchased a farmer ticket, they will have the option to be refunded for a one-day farmer pass (£90.00) or receive a free one-day pass to pass on to a friend.
If the winner has purchased an industry ticket, they will receive a free one-day pass to pass on to a friend. - Winner Notification: The winner will be notified by email or telephone using the contact details provided at the time of entry. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within seven days of the notification, an alternative winner may be selected.
- Publicity: By participating in the prize draw, the winner agrees to participate in any promotional activities or public relations related to the prize draw without additional compensation. This may include, but is not limited to, the use of their name, photograph, and any statements made regarding the prize draw.
- Privacy: Any personal information collected during the entry process will be used solely for the purpose of administering the prize draw and will not be shared with third parties without the participant’s consent. Please refer to our Privacy Policy on the TotalDairy website for more details on data protection.
- General Conditions: The promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the prize draw if it is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to any reasons beyond the promoter’s control. The promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred by participants or winners resulting from acceptance or use of the prize.
By participating in the prize draw, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Any breach of these terms and conditions may result in disqualification from the prize draw.
