How we started…

TotalDairy was founded in 2006 by Richard Vecqueray (Map of Ag) and Warwick Bastard (Model Nutrition) and was originally called the Large Herds Seminar. Since then, TotalDairy has grown significantly in size and has become renowned for bringing high calibre speakers from around the world to deliver the latest research and information on a wide range of dairy related topics with practical take home messages for dairy producers and their advisors.

Today

In 2025, we will continue to strive to deliver global dairy expertise, however, we’re embracing change and moving towards a ‘digital first’ approach, with four dedicated online sessions replacing the TotalDairy Conference.

We hope this new approach provides many benefits, such as improved accessibility, greater flexibility, an expanded breadth of speakers, and new networking opportunities.
