Neil is an experienced agribusiness professional with over 25 years experience working across the agribusiness and commercial business sectors.
After 22 years in banking, latterly as Head of Agriculture at HSBC Bank, Neil formed his own advisory business, SAB Advisory Ltd, in 2019. Neil now advises agribusinesses and organisations on strategic and financial matters alongside providing part time executive support to the Institute of Auctioneers and Appraisers in Scotland and chairing two farm business advisory boards. He also manages his own small farm in South West Scotland. Neil is married with three children all of whom are in full time education.
